Engage now supports a limited set of account management features directly through Facebook Messenger! The Self Service Tool gives you the ability login straight from Messenger. Then you can Send a Message, Lookup a Customer and depending on your Engage package features, even Update an Order Status or view the current schedule of appointments as well!

When searching for a customer within the tool, if you don’t remember their phone number or even their full name, no problem. You can search by entering portions of their name OR phone number.

Even if you need to Update an Order with it’s tracking information but you don’t remember the order number? You can enter part of the order number or any part of the customer’s profile information and you can search available orders that are linked to that customer.

This automated service even serves-up useful information about the Engage platform. So if you need a refresher on all the fabulous features that Engage has, this is a great way to do that.

Order Management has arrived!

We are continually striving for ways to make your life simpler. The newest edition to our family has arrived and you are going to love it! We would like to introduce a new, robust Order Management system. In addition to it being available to our Service Professional subscribers, it will also be available as an add-on feature to other Service level packages. This feature gives you the ability to manage order notifications for your customers by letting Engage communicate with them as the status changes, increasing engagement and customer satisfaction levels, not to mention making your life simpler.

Here is how it works:

On the Order Management main page, you can select a new status for any order as it progresses through your production phases.

Using customizable pre-defined templates, the system will let you preview the message before you send to the customer. Click “It looks good” and the customer will receive both a voice and text message, in their preferred language, notifying them of the change. You can insert additional information in the message such as your contact information or hours of operation.

You have visibility on what stage an order is in, and can sort or search all orders for similar statuses.

Once an order has been picked up, delivered or completed, it will be automatically archived into your customer’s order history.

Status messages are completely customizable and you can even add your own custom statuses. Additionally in just a few clicks within your profile page, you can disable those statuses which may not be appropriate for your business.

To request for a customer to call you, visit your location or to send them a custom message unrelated to an order, simply use the Engage menu!
